Enable AutoLoad

28Jun08

When you log into your webmail, there is now a link that says [ Enable AutoLoad ] under each webmail client.

Click the AutoLoad link under your preferred webmail client and when you log in in the future, that webmail client will automatically load instead of giving you the option to select webmail client.

Hello. What if I change my mind or need to have access to the filters, autoresponders and so on? Is there some way to have the usual menu again?

Excellent question. Here are 2 ways that I can think of:

    1) There is a pop-up window that appears over the top of the mail page . It says something to the effect “If you do not wish to load your Autoload webmail client … press stop now.”

Click the button that says “Stop.” Or, you can click the “X” in top left corner of the window to close that window and stop the autoload.

Depending on the delay you set, this might not appear for very long.

    2) Log into cPanel for your account . You can make the changes there. If you do not have access to cPanel, then ask the person who does have access.

    Hope this helps.

I set Autoload to 1 second and now don’t have enough time to click the stop button. Is there another way to turn off Autoload once it is set?

Try tip #2 above (logging into cPanel to make the changes)

Or try tip #1 several times, figuring out where to place your cursor. Think of it as a game!
